Why do some Yarrah products contain rice?

We occasionally use organic rice from Italy in both our cat and dog food. We use paddy rice for this. Paddy rice is unpeeled and unpolished. It is the crudest version. The fibre ensures optimum, healthy digestion. We use rice due to the high degree of acceptance it enjoys. Furthermore, rice is gluten-free, a source of high-quality proteins and it encourages digestion.
