Why do some Yarrah products contain rosemary?

We occasionally use organic rosemary from the United States in both our cat and dog food. We do so because it means we don't have to use any artificial preservatives. An extract of rosemary and vitamin E extends the food's shelf life. Rosemary also reinforces the intestines, helps the liver to detoxify and encourages gall production. Good news, isn't it?
