Yarrah is completely cruelty-free. We believe that animals should not have to suffer for food that is supposed to help them stay healthy. That is why we never test in laboratories or under duress.
How do we test?
When we develop a new recipe:
- A neutral test panel allows dogs and cats to try our food in their own homes.
- We let the animals eat in their own familiar environment.
- The tests are carried out according to a fixed step-by-step plan, preventing the unconscious creation of preferences.
- We only proceed if the animal tolerates the product well and likes it.
No stress, no forced circumstances — just real situations with real pets.
