We do our very best to keep the information on our website up to date. However, it is possible that some content is incorrect or incomplete. The products on our website are offered with no guarantee or claim of accuracy of any kind. We reserve the right to amend or remove any content with no obligation to provide notice of these changes. Yarrah accepts no responsibility for the content of sites or third parties linked to via the Yarrah website.
In addition, Yarrah pays maximum attention to the quality of the products that it sells. Naturally, we check the quality of the ingredients to the greatest extent possible. Despite this, we still cannot accept any liaility for these ingredients: this is borne by the suppliers of these ingredients.
All rights to intellectual property relating to the content of the site belong to Yarrah and its visitors. Reproduction, distribution and any other use of the content of this site without written permission from Yarrah is prohibited, unless otherwise specified by mandatory legal provisions (such as the right to quote) or unless otherwise stated for specific content.
Before we get started…
… we’d like to quickly explain the meaning of a number of terms. Just to be clear about things!
Site: Yarrah’s website at the URL https://www.yarrah.com/, including subdomains.
Agreement: Any arrangement between Yarrah and the consumer. The General Terms and Conditions apply in their entirety to these agreements.
Reflection period: The period in which you can make use of your right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal: The right of the consumer to cancel a distance agreement within the reflection period.
When do these General Terms and Conditions apply?
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services we provide. Ensure that you read these conditions carefully before placing an order and concluding an agreement with us. In addition, check the accuracy and completeness of your order. We recommend that you save or print out these conditions to enable you to review them at a later date.
How are agreements concluded between consumers and Yarrah?
Yarrah’s website offers organic products for cats and dogs. The placement of an order is an offer to buy one or more products from us. Before an agreement can be concluded, all orders must first by accepted by Yarrah. Therefore, once you have placed an order via the website, you will receive confirmation of your order. The agreement is only made once you receive this order confirmation, and from this point onwards, the General Terms and Conditions apply. If the product you ordered cannot be delivered, then you will be informed of this and your order will not be processed.
The order only includes the products included in the order confirmation. We are not obliged to deliver any products that were ordered but not included in the order confirmation.
The personal details provided during the use of our site will be handled in compliance with our privacy statement . Read through this privacy statement carefully to find out which conditions are applicable to you.
The images of the products on our site display are the truest possible reflection of the products offered. However, it can occur that the products delivered slightly differ from how they are presented on our site. No rights can be derived from this.
When and how can I return a product?
You have the right to cancel any agreement with Yarrah free of charge within 14 days, without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Before sending the product back to us, we request that you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you wish to return the product. You will then receive confirmation of this return notification. Although you are not obliged to give a reason, we would like to know why you are returning the product, as this helps us to further improve our products and services.
The 14-day reflection period begins as soon as you receive the products in your order. You then have 14 days to return the product to us. Only the direct costs required to return the product(s) are at your expense. You do not have to pay these costs in the following situations: the product contains foreign objects, the product is spoiled, the wrong product has been delivered, serious damage has been caused to the product, or the product is past its expiry date.

We kindly request that you treat the product and the packaging with care during the reflection period. The product must only have been unpacked or used to the extent necessary to inspect the nature, the characteristics or the function of the product. The basic principle is that you can use and inspect the product in the same way as you could in a physical store.
The amount paid for the returned product, including postage costs, will be refunded to you as soon as possible. This will be done no later than 14 days following the cancellation of the agreement and via the same method as was used to pay for the product, unless otherwise specified. If a more expensive postage method than the cheapest standard postage is used to return the product, then Yarrah is not obliged to refund the additional costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that can spoil or pass their expiry date quickly or products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned once the seal has been broken following delivery.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, then all supplementary agreement are legally terminated.
When you place an order, the price as advertised on the website at the time the order was placed will be maintained. Prices are subject to change, e.g. due to changes in the VAT rate. These price changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed and for which payment has already been made in full.
The prices on our site are inclusive of VAT. If postage costs apply, then this will be stated during the order process clearly and in a timely manner. These costs are listed separately on the order page.
Prices and other product information on our site are subject to possible programming and typing errors. No agreement with Yarrah can be claimed based on such errors.
Compliance with agreements and guaranteeWe guarantee that our products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated on the website. In addition, we guarantee that the products will satisfy the reasonable quality and usability requirements in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and/or government regulations applicable on the date on which the agreement was concluded.
Delivery of our products
Orders placed via our site are processed with the greatest possible care. The orders are delivered to the address entered during the ordering process. We strive to process all orders placed before 22:00 on the same day. Orders are delivered by DHL unless otherwise agreed. We do not deliver any orders to PO boxes or pick-up points. Once orders have been placed, you will receive a DHL track & trace code with which you can follow the progress of your package. The risk of damage and/or loss of products is borne by Yarrah up until the moment of delivery at the specified address.
If the delivery is delayed or if an order cannot or can only partially be delivered, then you will be notified of this within 30 days of the date on which you placed the order. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge. It is also possible for us to resend the products ordered. Following cancellation, Yarrah will immediately refund the money paid.
What payment options does Yarrah offer?
You can pay for online orders via iDeal, PayPal, credit card (MasterCard or Visa), Bancontact/MisterCash, Giropay and Sofortbanking. If there are any errors in the payment details provided/displayed, then these must be immediately reported by phone (+31 (0) 341 43 98 50) or e-mail (email@example.com).
How do I make a complaint or comment?
We will respond to complaints within three working days. We will notify you if a complaint requires a longer processing time and give you an indication of how long it will take for us to give a comprehensive response. If your complaint has not been resolved within four weeks, then it constitutes a dispute that can only be presented to the competent court in the district in which Yarrah is established.
Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all agreements between you and Yarrah, as well as any disputes.
