Sustainable fish from healthy seas

When it comes to fish, it's not just about quality, but also about origin. That's why at Yarrah we only use fish with the MSC label: the international label for sustainably caught wild fish. This means: sustainably caught, fully traceable and sourced from fisheries that protect the oceans. For us, this is the only right choice. Because healthy seas are essential for a healthy planet.

MSC

What does the MSC label stand for?

MSC stands for Marine Stewardship Council. It assesses fisheries on three crucial points:

  • Healthy fish stocks – no overfishing.
  • Minimal damage to the ecosystem – respect for the ocean.
  • Full traceability – transparency from catch to feeding trough.

Why MSC fish and not organically farmed fish?

MSC-fish come from the wild and live in natural conditions. At Yarrah, we choose it because:

  • Wild fish can have a richer and more natural nutritional profile.
  • The living conditions are often better than for farmed fish.
  • Fishing under MSC has strict sustainability requirements.

MSC fish therefore fits perfectly with our vision of healthy nutrition and respect for nature and animals.

What does this mean for you and your pet?

  • You can be sure that the fish in Yarrah products has been caught sustainably and responsibly.
  • Your pet gets high-quality protein and omega fatty acids from fish that have lived a natural life.
  • You are supporting sustainable fishing and ocean conservation.

Together, we are taking steps towards a sustainable future.
