Why do some Yarrah products contain sorghum?

Sorghum is a member of the grass family and is gluten-free. We occasionally use it in our cat and dog food. Our organic sorghum comes from Italy and is rich in vitamin B. Vitamin B contributes to fostering good digestion and a healthy nervous system.
