What happens if an item is out of stock?

We update our webshop weekly and do everything we can to keep products in stock. Unfortunately, it can happen that an item is temporarily unavailable.

If one or more items from your subscription are out of stock, the entire subscription order will not be fulfilled. You will automatically receive an email about this at the email address we have on file.

Our customer service team will check whether the order can still be fulfilled once all products are available again.

Tip: would you still like your subscription to be shipped with only the products that are in stock? Please contact our customer service team or indicate this in your account.
